今天下午海燕強度未再提昇，以目前的大氣條件應已發展到極限了。

895百帕 :flash: ，原本以為颱風季結束了，這強度超過了今年印度洋颱風的紀錄…
菲律賓將面臨這三年來的最大考驗，最大陣風在270公里以上，是真正的超級颱風。

這強度真的爆表 :shock:
記得2、3年前也有一個同檔次的，好像甚至更強一些
嗯...小賓賓只能自求多福了...

沒想到有這個實力超強的壓軸
不知菲律賓要如何應對...
