最好我的認知是這樣啦...看了我自己都覺得好笑 看來我們在雞同鴨講...你好像真的搞不懂我在講什麼... 我不想繼續說這個了... 我們來聊一下hand check吧 你知道為什麼會有hand check嗎？ 就是因為標準籃球規則真的不允許肢體碰觸 籃球規則不允許肢體碰觸，這也不是我定的 是fiba定的 你否定我ok，但否定fiba這就有點好笑了 而fiba規則有很大的篇幅在說明有條件下的"合法碰觸" 但這基本上不牴觸主要不允許肢體碰觸的大原則 hand check則是當年為了增加比賽侵略性 而另外附加的條件規則 這是與fiba規則上最大的不同 這也是當年大歐參加世錦賽 有人認為可能不適合的原因 而且你自己想想看 何謂一個成功的抄截？ 只要不是帶有惡意的 抄到球就是一個成功的抄截 永遠也不會因為抄球而犯規的吹判 因為規則寫的很明白 碰觸者獲得優勢跟被碰觸者失去的行動 但這條規則重點在裁判可以依據獲得的優勢跟失去的行動 來判決是否犯規，根本就不是什麼手是不是球的一部分 不然照你的描述，碰手掌不算，有碰到手臂才會吹 而規則上根本就不是這樣定 碰手臂碰哪裡，那是對於被碰觸者所失去的行動做得考量因素之一 才不是你理解的，抄球只能這樣不能碰這裡碰那裏 |

A player shall not hold, push, charge into, impede the progress of an opponent by extending a hand, arm, leg or knee or by bending the body into a position that is not normal. Contact that results in the re-routing of an opponent is a foul which must be called immediately. b. Contact initiated by the defensive player guarding a player with the ball is not legal. This contact includes, but is not limited to, forearm, hands, or body check. EXCEPTIONS: (1) A defender may apply contact with a forearm to an offensive player with the ball who has his back to the basket below the free throw line extended outside the Lower Defensive Box. (2) A defender may apply contact with a forearm and/or one hand with a bent elbow to an offensive player in a post-up position with the ball in the Lower Defensive Box. (3) A defender may apply contact with a forearm to an offensive player with the ball at any time in the Lower Defensive Box. The forearm in the above exceptions is solely for the purpose of maintaining a defensive position. (4) A defender may position his leg between the legs of an offensive player in a post-up position in the Lower Defensive Box for the purpose of maintaining defensive position. If his foot leaves the floor in an attemp t to dislodge his opponent, it is a foul immediately. (5) Incidental contact with the hand against an offensive player shall be ignored if it does not affect the player’s speed, quickness, balance and/or rhythm. c. Any player whose actions against an opponent cause illegal contact with yet another opponent has committed the personal foul. d. A personal foul committed by the offensive team during a throw-in shall be an offen-sive foul, regardless of whether the ball has been released. e. The hand is considered “ part of the ball” when it is in contact with the ball and contact with a players hand when it is in contact with the ball is not a foul. 這就是我強調過好幾遍的 基本上 NBA 是把 抄截, 蓋火鍋, 搶籃板, 爭滾地球等行為視為 Incidental Contact. 這個時後 是可以有肢體接觸的. 抄截, 蓋火鍋 這種時後防守方碰到攻方的手, 若是攻方的手有碰球是合法的.
