學校掛點的 HDD 多是 WD .........
不過，如果是指『WD 的企業級』HDD，那就真的算是可靠了！


這句話聽起來蠻恐怖的..........

純「推判」：
企業級硬碟，應該是不同的生產線，並同時有不同的品管機制。

測試的是WD 320G，3200KS，沒有支援NCQ
看來還是SEAGATE快，不過WD這些新款硬碟都很安靜，與以往不同喔

小弟從中轉貼2張




以這兩張為例，像要比較安靜度
如果兩顆硬碟安靜度差異很大，當然一般人可以用耳朵分辨，但若是安靜度接近
如果有像這樣使用儀器來測量其分貝數，小弟認為會比較客觀些

以這兩張為例，Segate 7200.10 320G和WD 3200KS 320G
雖差距1db，但小弟認為安靜度上這兩顆應該是伯仲之間~~

至於可靠性，小弟認為還需要更多的資料來證明~~
(其實小弟有台24Hr掛網的機器，若能找到一顆可靠性高的硬碟)
(小弟也不需要每隔運轉15000Hr後，為資料安全性來強制換下硬碟)

梭魚10 320GB表現看來真的很不錯喔!

敝人也用 WD RE 3200YS 當 BT 碟約五個月，
其間一切正常無誤..............
