Oh, how could I forget that this DVD is a 'flipper'?
Then I guess the new superbit released perhaps will be a flipper too.
I suppose that this superbit re-release will contain the featured film, plus the new DTS track, sans the extras that was on the original director's cut release.

Yes. It has been confirmed that Fox will no longer release any DVD under the name "5 Star Edition". To me this is merely a discontinuation of a product line, as Fox has released many stellar titles as good as, if not better than, the aformentioned line, as 'Special Edition'.
