他回說我們公司的業務只有"公司"對"公司" , 不能賣個體戶(玩家,or單獨購買)

邱業源...以前去過
記得是沒我要的一般常見規格的日系電容
所以只在那邊買了Panasonic的一般等級電容來更換電源供應器及供電模組的電容
反正長明街賣日系電容的也不只他一間(禮拜五才又去中x補1000uf的電容,準備再把那六顆換掉)

至於那間賣"疑似"山寨版Sanyo電容的店...
就放給他爛吧
賣假Kingston記憶體的都沒事了,這種小東西,上報也沒用...

答非所問, 回你的人英文也不是很好
通常第一關的都是客服員工, 照著 "問答表" 對應去回問題, 所以時常有答非所問的情況..

不過你的主題是 inquiry, 工商業用於採購資詢的意思. 所以這個客服認為你是個人來尋問報價. 盡量用簡單字眼即可.. 例: Question about your Sanyo capacitor product

如果是我我就會回他 "You are not answering my question. Please forward this email to your supervisor or I will do it myself including your name.", 而常常要詢問約五次才會有正確的回應....
