昨天剛去高雄客服中心換回來,等了兩三分鐘就拿到了.外觀看起來是全新的.還有附螺絲.

有發票跟貨品簽收單,發票是打維修費用,簽收單上有寫明是舊換新,所以最好也一並保存至少一年.

有上Seagate 上查保固期,到2010年6月.應該沒什麼問題.

那應該是新品沒錯啦....
Maxtor沒有5年保固....只有3年而已
保固到2010就新品了啦...

上次送Seaget回去都沒問題，這次送Maxtor卻收到新加坡原廠來信:
