小弟目前僅用 3G，所以無法回答是否有相同狀況發生。

不過倒是有網友與您一樣：

裡面有位 Scott Wiginton 提到「...However, this will not really solve your problem. The upper memory area is reserved for things like memory mapped IO space, PCI configuration space, PCI-Express extended configuration space, ACPI tables, various buffers, video frame buffers (if using embedded video), etc. Each of these consume chunks of memory. When you have 3GB or less of physical memory, you do not notice this because the top of addressable (or virtual) memory is consumed. The system pages memory in and out as needed. With 4GB of physical memory, you see that is used and this space is unavailable for Windows to use...」

這是否說既然4GB RAM在IA32的系統中是不能完全被使用, 那倒不如使用3GB RAM, 而且也少一些麻煩呢.

　　更新 BIOS 之後，在 BIOS 裡面是有抓到 4 GBs 了，在 WinXP 裡面也有抓到比較多的容量了，可是還是不到 4 GBs 耶，只有抓到《3.25 GBs》，我已經有在《Boot.ini》裡面加上《/3GB /PAE》了還是一樣只有抓到《3.25 GBs》耶，請問這要如何解決呢??? ( 謝謝!! )

PAE 是 IA32 處理器新增的功能，可以定址 4 GB 以上的實體記憶體。Windows 2000 Advanced Server、 Windows 2000 Datacenter Server、Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition 及 Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition，可以使用 PAE 來定址超過 4 GB 的實體記憶體。如果要啟用 PAE，請使用 Boot.ini 檔案中的 /PAE 參數。

什麼是PAE ? 轉貼也請貼詳細,不然會誤導大家.

IA-32的CPU要存取超過4G實體mem的方法只有一種,開啟36bit,但是有這種能力的CPU
只有XEON和P pro其他沒有.

應該是去查CPU規格....
不是查主機板的.....
記憶體容量速度規格支援度如何油CPU內的記憶體控制器決定....
已經跟主機板沒什麼關係了.....
