因為我覺得是DRIVER問題吧，你拿XP的DRIVER裝2003:shock:
其實你可以用SiliconImage提供的2003 DRIVER試試..
在安裝作業系統時，按F6裝SATA DRIVER（2003我沒裝過，有錯請指教）

那我要重灌囉？可是我不知道要抓哪裡的DRIVER進磁片

其實你看能不能用更新驅動程式的方式==>
For XP, 2003:
1. Right click My Computer, Properties, hardware, device manager, SCSI and RAID controller, 2. Double click Silicon Image SiI3112 SATAIDE Controller, select driver, update driver, next, and select "Install from a list or............" 3. Load the driver from A: (if the driver package is located on the floppy). The driver should be updated/installed and shown as Microsoft logod driver.

有LOGO會不會是這個意思阿：This driver now includes WHQL logo certification

報告賢拜，我已經試過你提供的這個DRIVER，不過還是-------不行阿～～～～～～
連掛都掛不上去，會發生錯誤中止，我有看裡面的說明檔，是有支援2003，
但，任然不能使用，看來只有重灌一途了～
考完研究所在來弄吧～謝謝您的回應，如果有想到其他的方法，請一定要提出喔！
