言下之意，出事是駕駛沒有好好監督。
所以也就還是只有 Level 2。

特斯拉會一直停留在LV2，即使他的性能比其他廠家的LV3還強，還是會宣稱是LV2，直到變成LV5為止
因為LV3開始會牽涉到車禍時的賠償及刑責問題

連紐約第五大道塞車外加三輪車亂竄，都可以正常的駕駛
