我不知道你們在想什麼,外勞越多,你們的薪水只會越低。 怎們可能外勞越多,本勞薪水會越高? 只有人力供需失衡的情況(缺工),勞工的薪水才會上調。 當供過於求時,你們的薪水只會越壓越低,最好的例子便是大陸這幾年來的發展。 大陸工廠缺工,但又沒有外勞可用,老闆為了搶人,只好提高薪水來吸引人。 鴻海,廣達在大陸的廠為了搶人,年年上調,不是因為政策,上調的幅度甚至在政策以 上,你們看不出來為什麼? 如果大陸引進外勞,老闆就會想反正有便宜外勞可用,何必調漲薪資?商人的心態你們 要搞清楚先。不聽話的外勞會被遣返,怎麼可能起來抗議呢?XD |

This involves supporting customers with their system designs; providing system integration, testing and analysis of problems and responding to all technical inquiries in a professional and competent manner. This work requires hands-on design verification and testing to confirm design performance and involves travel to customer sites to facilitate this process. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Feedback issues and work closely with core engineering teams to solve customer system issues - Provide the technical content for RFI/RFQs - Development and provision of technical training - Development of technical support materials including customer specific documentation - Diagnose problems with customer's designs (use SW debugger, core dumps and other test equipment) and troubleshoot customer issues. (Workout SW patches in cooperation with development team). - Liaise with the customer through email, conference calls and visits - Develop direct customer relationships to provide recommendations and feedback on new features and requirements - Support customers for Bring-up e.g on-site support to install and modify SW on a new HW. - Represent the customer from a technical viewpoint facing internal development teams MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in a relevant subject (BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent) - 3 ~ 5 years of experience - Experience on various stages of SW development and validation - Linux / Android kernel development experience preferred - Experience in system integration (know SCM tool) - Experience in audio is an advantage - Experience in technical customer support role is an advantage - Experience in cellular communication (GSM / EDGE / UMTS) is an advantage - The ability to understand customer business and technical needs and to translate these into a solution description/spec for Icera core engineering teams - SW development skills - C language skills - Knowledge on SW debug tools - Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills - Good documentation skills - Good organization skills to be able to handle different projects in parallel - Highly proactive, professional communicator - Good written and verbal communications skills in the English language are mandatory TRAVEL REQUIRED: upon request |

你放心 3~5 year experience, BS degree 拿不到 2M 的。 而且其他的條件都算很普通: - Experience on various stages of SW development and validation - Linux / Android kernel development experience preferred - Experience in system integration (know SCM tool) NV 發給你應該只是亂槍打鳥,以你的能力、身份、地位應該不用理這種邀請函。 這種邀請函一般是亂發給我這種找不到工作的廢物去 user 端 on site,實際上是約是簽約聘或派遣的。 不過你可以去試試看,我很看好你的能力,說起 PCDVD 能讓我有印象的高手,你算是其中一個,如果我錯了,就當我先以小人之心度君子之腹了,我是沒機會的,因為我的履歷丟那些公司應該是直接丟碎紙機的。 :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: |

(Workout SW patches in cooperation with development team). - Support customers for Bring-up e.g on-site support to install and modify SW on a new HW. 這個工作好像已經掛在那好幾年了吧! 我第一次收到已經是1年多前的事了, 我貼這個是想說, 假職缺是有但是沒那麼多啦! 很多公司其實並不知道自己在找什麼人, 亂開一堆是永遠找不到人的. :laugh: 引用:

像這條就是所謂的客服工程師要做的事,說明白就是要你去客戶那搭屎然後回報給 Icera core team。 真正開規格、研發、價錢、採購這些可以顯擺的,理論上與客服工程師都無關,無權有責,誠屎缺也。 也因此許多公司把這種找不到人的工作外包給派遣,也就變成了很多人掛著大公司客服工程師的名頭,結果是要去客戶那 on site 搭屎回報問題給公司,更慘的會是領派遣公司的低薪。 大家都不是第一天出來混的,一般業界要人才的管道多半是: 一流的人才:透過介紹、推薦、挖角。 二流的人才:獵人頭。 三流拋棄式廢材:人肉銀行亂槍打鳥。 台灣勞資是不平等的,要先從各角度先思考,不可不慎,寧可猜錯,也不要去了才後悔,當然我是建議不要有預設立場,去聊聊看再說,也許是我錯了。 |
