都會在離職前嗆同事或是給老闆臉色
不過那只是自爽而已
人家沒有放在心上的啦
真正的殺手鐧是帶頭出來組工會
反正要離職了
不怕老闆逼退 ;)
一旦成立工會後
那些老闆的應聲蟲立場就很好玩了 :o

而且客戶對價格敏感的
公司一定會想辦法把價格cost down.
包括把工作拆解成比較廉價的員工可勝任的.
這樣公司就不需要明星級員工.
也能降低產品售價,

現在電子產業,新產品可能半年就進入價格競爭期.
老闆一開始就把工作拆解,讓中階員工勝任.
整個cost down這是很合乎戰略的.

如果你開創了新的市場,而你的客戶不在乎價錢.
那你就比較有本錢請明星級員工.像google,ipod
