我是SSD的井底之蛙，實在沒資格和這裏的各位高手大大們討論這些高深莫測的問題。

不過在細細拜讀過大大提供的「EMC 發表具備下一代架構的全新 CLARiiON CX4 系列」文章之後
發現事情比我想像中還有更多的疑問與恐怖...

1. 文中提到「結合VMware Site Recovery Manager 復原管理程式，作為 VMware Disaster Recovery 災難復原的單一整合簡易解決方案。」

他們其實也知道當SSD發生故障是一種「災難」，很好！也提到有所謂的「復原管理程式」
我比較想知道的是，那個復原管理程式對於發生的「災難」，其復原的速度與效率如何？
請問有人有實戰過的經驗嗎?

2. 「CLARiiON CX4-120，最多120顆硬碟，總容量達 120 TB ，6 GB 的系統記憶體...」
「CLARiiON CX4-240，最多 240 顆硬碟，總容量達 231 TB，8GB 的系統記憶體...」

那麼龐大的容量，若發生「災難」，以我個人來說若發生在我眼前，除...

你知不知道VMware甚麼來的啊?
這些應該都是HA的一部份....
就算是傳統HDD..也會跑個RAID5,6甚至SAN吧.......... :laugh:
SSD就不可以跑RAID?

我雖然是井底之蛙，但是我還知道什麼是 VMWare，而且我也沒說 SSD 不可以跑 RAID啊...
