一定是Silly Symphonies, 應該還有貨, 但是backorder的人多, 就要排隊等吧
我當初買這套時 Amazon說要等十幾天才能寄出
結果過兩天Amazon先將訂單裡其他的影片寄出, 這套是後來單獨收到的, 沒有多加運費

以前在DVDExpress買過 經驗都不錯
最近一次則有變化
三月十八日定了夏綠蒂的新DVD
一直是顯示backorder狀態
寫了Email也無回應
想到看到的一些消息
這次可能收不到了

天ㄚ..3月的事情喔..
敢請問一下..您是聽到哪些消息ㄋ...負面的??

看到各位的討論,我也有一張在3/27下的order,當然也是backorder....
剛剛去dvdtalk.com的討論區store forum搜尋DVD express,出來一大堆討論串,一堆人罵翻了,詳情各位可以慢慢看,在這邊先簡單說一下那些討論的重點:

1. DVD Express只能買In Stock的東東,有時網站顯示In Stock還會常常給你backorder

2. 如果出現Order Now! Usually ships in 2-3 business days.之類的,就是無限期backorder啦! ships in 2-3 business days毫無參考價值.

3. e-mail不回應,其中有一位外國網友連續寫了4封抱怨信,DVD express才回覆說DVD express信件太多無法及時回覆;但是在那些討論串可以發現很多網友e-mail過去都石沉大海,也聯絡不到任何還活著的人,把他們氣炸了,這是其中兩位網友po的:
(1)DVD Express Question:
Several weeks ago I ordered 2 disks that DVD Express says ships in 2 - 3 days. They have yet to ship and show up on my history page as backordered. I've tried to email express but get no reply.
Anyone else having shipping problems with them?
(2)Anyone have a customer phone no. for these guys???
It's always nice to know that there's no one you can call if there are problems with your order...so does anyone have DVD Express customer service phone number were you can talk to an actual living breathing person to find out what happened to your order?
I followed this forums advice and only ordered DVDs that are actually in stock...now on my order status 3 out of 5 DVD titles are on BACKORDER!!!! I tried the e-mail route...but of course no reply. HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!

4. 2/22/2002有新聞網站公佈不利消息,而且DVD express去年就傳出財務危機,所以有網友在回應這個消息時用了"再度瀕臨死亡"的字眼:

Apparently DVD Express, who filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year, was just kicked out of their home. From one employee, "2 police cars came to our Culver city office. Spoke to the president for 10 minutes. Then a sheriff told us to pack all of our personal belongings." From another employee, "Everyone was standing outside without a clue. A locksmith was changing the locks. No word as of yet of our status."

6. 弟之前看過一些討論文章,PCDVD站友有寄丟物品經驗的好像都有DVD Express

天ㄚ...我已經趕快去取消訂單了...
可是最重要的事情是...他們會不會還是從你的信用卡charge費用???

ㄣ...我剛剛也去取消訂單了,DVD express的訂單取消方式比較奇怪,它是把訂單裡面所有item給delete掉就算是取消訂單,到My Account也看不到那張訂單,應該是取消掉了.在線上刷卡消費的當時,我們也同意了這筆消費,這個買賣契約是成立的,銀行不能拒絕廠商的請款,可是DVD express更改訂單內容或取消訂單時並不會發e-mail確認,只有在下訂單跟貨物寄出時才會發確認信.這對消費者非常不利,一但有爭議產生,沒有任何證明,只能信任它.換句話說,如果DVD express真的來請款,又不像在國內刷卡有我們自己的簽名,沒有取消訂單或退貨的確認信,也無法請銀行把DVD Express或Express Media Group, Inc列入黑名單成為拒絕往來戶,只能倒霉的付賬了.唉!千萬不要為了這個事情害我要換信用卡.弟常在Amazon買DVD,對於DVD express的作法還真不習慣,而且第一次想在這網站試試看就遇上這鳥事件,真是....

以前跟dvdexpress訂片,它也是貨出才請款,並非您一下訂它既請款,只是後來其
發生財務危機之後,在請款方面是否有所改變,就不得而知了,但偶也在上個月跟它
訂了一部片子也是backorder,到現在還在backorder,但也並未發現其已請款的
情況,所以偶想它應還是依照以往一樣貨出才請款,而不會事先請款的.

一個多月前,小弟去美國加州爾灣(Irvine, California)的Costco大賣場,看到一堆Disney的那4個經典便當盒,都沒什麼人買?!我倒是買了兩個卡通的便當盒.這四個便當盒都是限量發行的,在盒子上都打上有編號,如果網站上缺貨,大概沒什麼機會可補到貨吧,如果有機會去爾灣附近的迪士尼樂園,說不定還有機會買到ㄡ!(渡假兼收藏DVD!)
