剛為了這問題
跑去翻了一下中職的條例
比較接近的是這個

擊球員在下列情況應出局：
(A) 其界內飛球或界外飛球（擦棒被捕球除外）為野手「確實接捕」時。
【註一】參考2.15野手於球觸地前接獲者，視為「確實接捕」，其間雖在手中彈跳不定（Juggle），或觸及其他野手之情形，但只要球未落地即可。
跑壘員於第一位野手接觸飛球的瞬間，即可離壘。
野手可將身體伸出圍牆、欄竿、圍繩外之觀眾席之上空接捕飛球（只需身體的大部份留於比賽場內），又野手可跳至欄杆上或放置於界外區域上的防雨布上接捕飛球，可是如同時受到觀眾的妨礙的話，因為明知是負有危險的動作，故在規則上不能形成觀眾的妨礙。
野手至選手席的邊緣接捕飛球時，為免倒進選手席中，受到席中球員之扶持（不論對方或己方）而接獲該球時，視為「確實接捕」。

我一直以為如果接到球後,掉到全壘打牆外,也算全壘打耶...
靠..我一直搞錯

可是這個講的好像是界外球的部份

我也一直這麼認為，因為印象中很多日本漫畫是這麼畫的。

如果球沒出全壘打牆
但被牆外的觀眾伸手接到
人卻隨後摔到場內(球在手裡)
這樣算 :confused:

多看比賽就知道囉，不少全壘打因此被沒收掉的

不算！觀眾不行伸進場內，但若是被野手頂出去的，就算了

因為外物干擾

這球折中算二壘安打

每個壘包上的跑壘員推進兩個壘

大聯盟的規則 - 合法接殺
Rule 6.05(a) Comment: A fielder may reach into, but not step into, a dugout to make a catch, and if he holds the ball, the catch shall be allowed. A fielder, in order to make a catch on a foul ball nearing a dugout or other out-of-play area (such as the stands), must have one or both feet on or over the playing surface (including the lip of the dugout) and neither foot on the ground inside the dugout or in any other out-of-play area. Ball is in play, unless the fielder, after making a legal catch, falls into a dugout or other out-of-play area, in which case the ball is dead. Status of runners shall be as described in Rule 7.04(c) Comment.

至少一隻腳要在場內或場內上空，且不能踩進休息區或任何場外區域。
除非接球後跌入休息區或其他場外地區，不然都算活球。



5.10(f)
When a fielder, after catching a fly ball, falls into a bench or stand, or falls across ropes into a crowd when spectators are on the field. As pertains to runners, the provisions of 7.04(c) shall prevail. If a fielder after making a catch steps into a bench, but does not fall, the ball is in play and runners may advance at their own peril.

如果接到球以後，不是跌到場外，而是走進板凳區，此時還是活球。跑者可以自行選擇要不要進壘。



Rule 7.04(c) Comment: If a fielder, after having made a legal catch, should fall into a stand or among spectators or into the dugout or any other out-of-play area while in possession of the ball after making a legal catch, or fall while in the dugout after making a legal catch, the ball is dead and each runner shall advance one base, without liability to be put out, from his last legally touched base at the time the fielder fell into, or in, such out-of-play area.

所以對於跑者而言，當接殺後防守球員跌出場外，此時是死球，打者出局，但跑者前進一個壘包。



總結:
1.在合法接殺下，跌入全壘打牆外，打者是出局的。只要有一隻腳是踩在全壘打牆外的區域，就變成全壘打。
2.跌出去之後，變成死球，打者出局，但壘上跑者免費前進一個壘包。
3.如果接到之後，是走到場外區，則此時還是活球，跑者可以自行決定要跑或不跑。(這應該是指像忘了出局數，接殺後自己走回休息室之類的。)
