軟體商不懂甚麼叫最糙威搭

挺有趣的
MS 有ARM版的windows8
NV有 Tegra 3

合起來也不錯的樣子...

M$ 不要太高興,搞不好會被NV玩死 =3=

對廠商應是利大於弊..
對消費著來說肯定是弊大於利..

所以 windows8 支援ARM 確實有點因果
這也讓人看懂 MS要介入遊戲機 然後又介入PHONE

現在MS要換成用ARM橫入PC市場了

原文裡不是說萬一有別的廠商想收購nv超過30%以上股份時，微軟有優先權及否決權

它們談得是優先收購權而已，實際上這應該只算個備忘錄等級的協議而已，微軟還能隨時中止此一協議
