既然保固到2013年
可以用就繼續用吧...
等到過保固前2個月再送修...或許到時候還有機會獲得免費升級的機會

上週三上午就到郵局寄便利箱到蘆竹UPS轉運站,剛剛收到回信說今天已經寄回來,應該明天會收到,不過看到信件內容...:jolin:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Your RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number is 100400xxxx.
Your Order ReferenceNumber is 100400xxxx.

This document details the RMA as received. If there are any differences from the Order Acknowledgement, pleaseamend your records accordingly.

If your Return Acknowledgement Line 5 shows the Total ReturnUnrepaired Quantity (RUR) greater than 0,then we have determined that your RMA includes products that are not covered by Seagate's warranty and Seagate has no obligation to replace these products. Your warranty claim for these products has therefore been rejected as invalid.

For a full list of all conditions not covered by warranty, please reference warranty statement supplied with the product and also reference our Seagate Return Policy on our website at www.Seagate.com. Please also reference the Seagate Warranty Void Checklist on our website under Warranty Support and Returns Assistance as a visual aid for items thatSeagate will not accept as a justified warranty claim.

The aforementioned product(s) will be Returned to you Un-Repaired. Please be advised that you must pay all applicable duties and customs charges for shipments to and from Seagate. You may also be required to pay freight costs associated with returningthe product(s) to you.

If no arrangements have been made 30 days after this notice, you will automatically release ownership of the drives to Seagate(not applicable to AMER(US,Canada and Brazil))

意思就是不修並且還要討運費及海關費用嗎 :confused:

我上個月才送一顆,也是收到同樣內容的信件

不過 我還是收到一顆換新過的良品硬碟
也沒收我任何的費用

我當時送修的時候,自己用SeagateTool測試過 都是通過.正常
不過就是會有蟋蟀叫聲,所以 我就用故障硬碟的代碼給他送修了

沒有....當你RMA硬碟回去.就會收到這一封信件!!~(當然以上貼的不是全部)

所以....繼續等吧!!~ :agree:

相信 沒多久硬碟就回來了!!~

這一年間RMA三顆硬碟回去,不過都是 購買的二手硬碟!(壞軌,壞軌,壞軌)

我有寄過Seagate拒保的案例
同時間寄出兩顆
一顆回來了,另外一顆等不到
後來打電話去桃園問
他說那顆有零件脫落,原廠拒保
然後現在硬碟在桃園,要自己過去拿,或者是自行派車去收件取回
我問他不取回會怎樣?
他說一陣子後,會銷毀

並沒提到說要收取拒保後,回程運費的事情
後來那顆就送他了,我也沒去拿

星期四晚上收到了,本來以為除了退回原本的硬碟外,還要自付運費,不過最後還是有換一顆良品,並沒多收費用.
用 HD Tune 看健康度都良好,沒有出現警告,正在測看看有沒有壞軌.
