不過我測試了一下p2p應該是沒跑到樓主講得那樣低
狀況好時有七八成
如果樓主最大下載才1.2那可能得上H官網看看連線資訊或測試看看是不是正常
或者多找幾個種子看看

Seednet 8M ADSL, 全部是綠字.
不過我覺得不準, 因為每天天黑後BT 的下載速度都會掉到300K 以下,
深夜或白天才能600K 以上.

ISP有"法"就有"破"

過濾P2P不會僅有單純的 "擋" Port

設備會看到 封包 "Header"的部分

所以, 改Port是無效的, 不然直接改到25 or 21 Port

其他家業者我不知道但是SEEDNET"據我"了解沒去檔，但是如果來源都是其他家ISP業者，速度上本來就會比較慢，畢竟對於機房來說算是區網的方式，同ISP會比較快
，但CHT有沒有設限，這我無法得知 :stupefy:
