service is important thou sp is most durable equip in AV toys!

a new sub agent can't or rejects to provide service. :mad: his customer waited 4 month for nothing and agent said that sub is considered as 'water goods'! :cry: so customer asks me to help. I report to USA headquarters and get response. USA says already gave many spare parts to agent month ago! and want agent to provide service right away. :laugh: so finally that customer gets parts to repair. :like: if I didn't report to USA, probably agent won't supply parts..... :tu: what a poor service agent for TW/HK/CH! :stupefy:
