It's a 18 seconds clip of 8.5M file.

I recorded it at best quality (720*480 30fps 8Mbps) in MMC 7.5, then encoded it to 656*480 divx 3.11 2pass SBC 1800Kbps for video and lame abr 128Kbps for audio.

With this quality, one 700M CD can hold around 25 minutes video, and if u low the bitrate a little bit, u can keep the same quality but store 50minues video on one CD.

I only can upload this much because the webspace limit is at 10M. If you have a big space, I can upload more

The quality is good or so-so?

I never used any other TV-tuner card, so I don't know how's other's quality.

最便宜的Optibase Movie Maker 200 Basic FD1中古品也還要US$2000左右
一般專業壓縮卡多在數十萬~數百萬之間
