cheating, how could u remove the c ring without damage it? and when u add the oil to the bearing , it doesn't make sense , because the wear and tear is at the balls inside the bearing , it doesn't make sense to add oil to the cover of the bearing.

All the readers in here know YOU CAN NOT remove C ring without damage it; however, this doesn't mean the others can not remove it. You need to learn a lot instead of blamming a lot. If you are not smart enough, please just keep you mouth shut and nobody will ask around.
C ring is made of elastic metal, use two pliers to slightly pull the opening apart and left it from the axis.
Do you try it before write down your opioion? Only the high-precision ball bearing works like you mentioned. However, at the low end market, the axis is simple put through the ball bearing without tight fitting to the inner rotation ring.
To see is to believe; the theory is just for the "seem-to-be-smart" guy. Try it before blame it. You need to learn a lot.
