當然是會光顧啦..只是現在出貨狀況不明朗..價格又不友善
實在沒什麼誘因讓我去下單啊...看來大家都還在觀望...

The assets of DVDSoon.com have been taken by Canadian
Distribution Services which means the site will remain open and all
activities will be maintained. Therefore all pending orders will be
honored.

Unfortunately all operations that were suspended and were the
responsibility of 9086 - 8316 Québec Inc will not be honored. These
operations include credits, refunds, replacement requests, and Fidelity

簡單地來說 終於加拿大公權力做點事情了
只是奇怪的是 只有"pending odrer"(就是那些在事情爆發之後還敢下單的人)可以獲得補償(dvds)
但那些有store credits, refund, iPoints的人就倒楣活該
我覺得這很不合理 :mad:
當然就得看個人覺得值不值得花時間寫信給9086 - 8316 Québec Inc.

是否意思是說，只要戶頭有store credits的，就會全部"沖銷"掉，拿不回來了！

我今天有收到這封信了
我本來還在等著之前被扣住的錢Refund
這樣等於被宣告錢退不回來了

這CanadianDistribution Services 是公家組織嗎?

refund應該找那"9086 - 8316 Québec Inc" (要寫信去要求)
Canadian Distribution Services只會處理pending order

啥....要寫信寄去加拿大，不就"火花去"！

我總覺得這很像那個...
a公司宣告倒閉破產
然後自己去成立b公司繼續做生意..前面的帳就不理了...
因為他的口氣就是..dvdsoon倒了..接下來的業務由Canadian Distribution Services處理... 至於前債我不管了..現在pending的當然收
因為反正我們(dvdsoon)現在都是出貨才扣款啊..又不用退錢..還可以收錢..
當然承受pending order嚕......

我看這新的也是要騙錢的
只是很奇怪: 加拿大的當局在幹嘛

在DVD Swap 論壇 有的些網友被欠了五千三加幣, 相當於十五萬台幣... :eek:

按照那兒的消息 新公司是DVDImport (有人早就懷疑兩家以前就有關係)
如果有人在那購物也請注意

我在dvdsoon的store credit已經完全消失??
這家新公司也真酷
就直接把每個人的store credit給刪掉

至今也沒收到dvdsoon的refund
我看是不用等了
dvdsoon從年末起就一直食言
一下子說會退費,之後又說會寄支票
後來又說11/1日起開始refund a credit
現在又說store credit已經無效? :mad:
看的出來都是在拖延你的時間
好讓你無法申請charge back

奉勸網友切勿在dvdsoon or dvdimport下單
這些都是藐視消費者權利的不肖商人
