WinXP & Win2k+ 對安裝程式的 *.dll 檔如果是放在system32 & registry 內，必須要有管理員的權限才可以繼續安裝。
你可以右鍵點選 "我的電腦"，選"管理" ，進入"使用者"內，雙擊你的帳號，去查看一下你的權限。
如果你的帳號權限不是administrator，按"新增"後加入即可以！

我的帳號權限原來就已是administrator，問題仍在！

問題解決了！
我的NB沒有光碟機，接上外接的DVD光碟機或DVD燒錄機就正常了！

所有的時間均為GMT +8。現在的時間是09:08 PM.
