A summary of the project and what we want to accomplish is located there. Downloads are fairly large. Please have patience when downloading work. Expected runtime is 20 hours per workunit give or take. Timeouts are 2weeks for cpu time and 3 weeks for wall clock time. The application is called Rosetta and checkpoints happen on a regular basis at the end of a structure. Rosetta is fairly memory intensive and takes about 70MB of ram and 300MB of virtual ram. If you feel this is too much for your computer we suggest you change your project selection to only run cancer. There is no reason to switch to World Community Grid. The projects are te same. |
