"DVDXCOPY Platimun/Gold" can do that~
ATTENTION! Only Platimun or Gold version can copy one D9 disc into two D5 ones ......

Beside the DVDXCopy, the normal way for me to cut the DVD9 to two DVD5 is using the info edit which can cut the film into two parts and then then back these two parts in two DVD R.
The procedure cab be referred from some web sites.

You can "get" it for free by some P2P software (ex. edonkey, BT .....), yat in my opinion that you better pay it if you use it...... :)
