Stardock CursorXP is a new program that lets you use and create incredibly cool looking Windows mouse cursors.
It does this by taking advantage of the new visual effects features of Windows 2000 and Windows XP. With it, users can create and use cursors that look and feel far superior to anything you've ever seen before! Best of all, it's really easy to create your own super-charged cursors! It integrates into the standard Mouse interface of Windows and is easy to turn on and off as you need.

我現在用win98se下載安裝官方升級程式之後很穩定,不會再想下載其他更新程式.
還是感謝klorcxx兄提供資訊!

除了說Stardock CursorXP是可以自行製作滑鼠游標的程式以外看不出來有啥意義,更看不出來跟這個討論串有啥關聯
