養殖的可以吃，但不要常吃，若藥物殘留沒做好還是有些後遺症。
中小型以50公分內，用清蒸的為佳！
不過我覺得南亞的人真的不懂得料理石斑，竟然用油煎油炸 :jolin:
石斑料理以香港廣東汕頭與台菜清蒸最能吃到原味！
