公司在中正四路中華路這邊, 30年多的舊大樓...

室內6.9坪, 沒什麼公設...我估計權狀應該在10坪上下

獨門獨戶的套房....如果能實收租金4000, 好像是不錯啦 :rolleyes:

新彎蛆附近的區域要炒翻天了 :jolin:
