我是將網路線都換成cat 6e
還有router也重新開啟
把線全部拔掉
再重插上去
沒有去做什麼windows的設定
網芳的讀取就變很快
就全正常了

我記得我之前google到的資訊是用以下的command , 在Win 7 裡試看看吧...

netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled

這方法就是在下前面提到的

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

也可以寫成簡碼 netsh int tcp set g a=d

目前測試的結果發現

以 global autotuning=disabled 和關閉 IPV6 這兩個最有幫助

已回到先前網路效率水準, 供日後有需要的朋友們做參考, 也謝謝樓上幾位的幫忙 .. :) :)
