好奇號（Curiosity）上用的 RAD750 是用 150 nm 製程做的。

我印像中記得, 外太空運行的衛星,處理器也不是最新的製程處理器 , 原因是什麼我就不清楚了!!

不用最新的製程,似乎是有理由的,記得是外太空的干擾問題,製程越好,在太空環境裡就是無法運作
反而舊制程就沒這問題 .... :ase

現在太空站上沒有先進IC設備是不可能的

現在太空站上多少先進電腦在上頭

上頭一定有先進製程的CPU
