2. WinFast PVR2 Beta.
Current WinFast PVR2 Beta can NOT use the H.264 DXVA .
it is caused by the Licensed H.264's Decoder Bug.
So, there is no public link for this WinFast PVR2 Beta.

之前用圓剛HX電視棒，撥PTSHD（公視測試的HDTV）都沒有聲音，應該還沒有把AAC decoder放入。
結果因為找不到driver，到圓剛下載最新的AVerMeduiaCenter（好像是1.7版）

結果剛剛用AVerMate MediaCenter測試時，PTSHD就發現有聲音了
看來圓剛把AAC decode放進來了

但是，CPU還是不夠快，聲音和影像都很頓，但至少有畫面和聲音了
