偵測ISP是否限制P2P封包

這個網址可以偵測ISP是否有黨P2P 可以選BT EMULA等等 出現紅字表示有檔 出現綠字表示正常 我的是中華電信 50M/3M BT EMULA皆為紅字....... 實際使用也是如此 不管有多少種 最大下載大約在1.2-1.3MB/s |

bit torrent: Your ISP appears to rate limit your uploads. Your ISP appears to rate limit your BitTorrent uploads. Your ISP appears to rate limit uploads on port 3xxx9. Your ISP appears to rate limit your downloads. There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent downloads. Your ISP appears to rate limit downloads on port 6xx1. 從詳細說明的內容來看, 還是全部都有設限, 連eMule也一樣....  |

Seednet 3M/768高速光世代... 走中華電路的中華本身都有限制了，ISP即便是Seednet應該也是會 限制，不過我BT下載部分有一個是綠色的，鎖好像只有鎖固定port的樣子 |
