這幾天換了CPU和加裝4060顯卡及更換新POWER後，
不定時會當機(滑鼠游標瞬間卡死不動的那種，不會藍屏黑屏)
一開始以為是CPU過熱，但測AIDA64和Cinebench R23卻沒問題，
頂多有顯示CPU Throttling - Overheating Detected。
後來發現常在平時瀏覽網頁或開檔案夾等低負荷的時候發生，
看了溫度好像也還好，像下圖那樣給我死當
快瘋了


CPU: i5 12500 -> 14500
MB: 技嘉 B660M DS3H AX DDR4
顯卡: 技嘉 GeForce RTX™ 4060 OC Low Profile 8G
電源: INWIN 265w -> SilverStone Flex-ATX電源 SST-FX350-G

查了錯誤訊息似乎是電源?? 供電不足嗎? 但因散熱問題我已經限制CPU最大限制為65W了
