筆電的主要用途是啥? 手機的主要用途又是啥?

筆電可以讀書, 整理資料, 做功課
手機充電除了講話以外還能幹嘛?
再者圖書館本來就不能聊天, 在圖書館充手機的電, 等下八成就會有人拿起來聊天, 被制止八成還會說, 為何可以充電卻不能聊天
