我和三冠王一樣在6/18寄出的包裹現在連個鬼影子 都沒看到,7/11寫信去抱怨,過了5天仍沒回音,因此我剛寫了一封信給他們,告訴他們台灣消費者對他們的失望

To whom it may concern:
I wrote a mail to ask you about my oder last week. It's been 5 days and no one responses me yet. What's the point giving me the mail tracking number? No one writes me back anyway.

Maybe I'm just a not-damn-important overseas customer. I made 2 orders last year at DDD. I was satisfied with your service last year. But the order I made last month, the dvds haven't arrived yet. It's been almost a month. what kind of shipping method do you use? I paid the fee for airmail, but got the speed of surface mail. The worst thing is your customer service. What would you do if no one writes you back when you made a complaint to a company? I just want you all to know. I'm really disappointed this time. People in my country are complaining about the lousy service you provide. I'm too pissed off to tell you how I felt now. This will be the last time I shop at DDD. Thank you for your slow and inefficient servive!
