偵測ISP是否限制P2P封包

這個網址可以偵測ISP是否有黨P2P
可以選BT EMULA等等
出現紅字表示有檔
出現綠字表示正常
我的是中華電信 50M/3M BT EMULA皆為紅字.......
實際使用也是如此
不管有多少種 最大下載大約在1.2-1.3MB/s

Seednet 3M/768高速光世代...
走中華電路的中華本身都有限制了，ISP即便是Seednet應該也是會
限制，不過我BT下載部分有一個是綠色的，鎖好像只有鎖固定port的樣子

這句應該是你沒裝JAVA的樣子
